Home: sales + 21.9%, industry nearly + 50%

(ANSA) - ROME, 02 DEC - In the third quarter of 2021 there is an increase in the sale of homes that is close to 22% compared to the same quarter of 2020, with a total of over 172 thousand units purchased.

A figure also increasing compared to the same quarter of 2019 (year not affected by the pandemic) with an increase of 25.5%.

The commercial tertiary sector also performed well, showing an increase of 26.9%, and production, where growth exceeds 47%.

These are some data that emerge from the statistics of the Real Estate Market Observatory of the Revenue Agency.
