(ANSA) - ROME, 02 DEC - On 21 September 2021 the Arena di Verona was the setting for a unique show: "Invito alviaggio - Concert for Franco Battiato" which now becomes an albumlive available from 3 December in double cd and box with 4 vinyls (label: International Music and Arts - distribution: Universal Music Italia) and on digital platforms.

The most surprising thing about the performance that is presented in this live album is the embrace with which Franco Battiato has crossed his artistic experience: electronics, experimentation, orchestral music and the more pop and praiseworthy one not anticipating the times, but rather approaching it between them, making them all incredibly contemporary.

And more than a tribute to Franco Battiato, the record is a meeting between one of the most important composers of the last fifty years and many artists who came to look for him and participated: Sonia Bergamasco and Cristina Baggio, Arisa, Morgan, Angelo Branduardi, Gianni Morandi , Max Gazzè, CarmenConsoli, Mahmood, Cristina Scabbia and Davide Ferrario, CarloGuaitoli, Emma, Paola Turci, Fiorella Mannoia, Gianni Maroccolo, Andrea Chimenti, Antonio Aiazzi, Beppe Brotto, Subsonica, Bluvertigo, Vinicio Capossela, Extraliscio, Alice, JuriCamisasca and Nabil Bey, Eugenio Finardi, Simone Cristicchi, Baustelle, Jovanotti, Luca Madonia, Giovanni Caccamo, FabioCinti, Colapesce Dimartino, Carmen Consoli, Mario Incudine, Gianna Nannini, Vasco Brondi, Enzo Avitabile, Diodato.
