In his place, Vincenzo Carbone, of IV, remains in office, elected in the same seat in Campania.
A decisive agenda proposed by Loredana De Petris, group leader of the Mixed group and approved by the Senate which effectively freezes the decision of the elections and immunity that previously had recognized the seat to Lotito.
The agenda - which had 155 yes, 102 no and 4 abstentions - calls for the case to be referred back to the council to rectify the electoral data for the proclamation of seats.
