Stock Exchange: Omicron depresses Europe, Milan -1.8%

European stock exchanges in further tension with the variant of the Covid Omicron which sends the price lists under pressure, especially in the technological ones. Milan comes to lose 1.8% (Ftse Mib at 25,924 points). (HANDLE)


(ANSA) - MILAN, 02 DEC - European stock exchanges in further tension with the variant of the Covid Omicron which sends the price lists under pressure especially in the technological ones.

Milan reaches 1.8% (Ftse Mib at 25,924 points).

The other squares are no less loyal with Frankfurt losing 1.81%, Paris 1.57% and London 1.15%.

The spread between BTP and Bund file at 134 points while the Italian ten-year yield is 0.957 per cent.

Oil remains down (-0.9%) with the wti below 65 albaril dollars.

The euro appreciates against the dollar with the single currency at 1.1335 against the greenback.
