"Its base consists of provocative acts near the Russian borders accompanied by accusatory rhetoric against Moscow".
This was stated by the spokeswoman of the foreign-Russian ministry Maria Zakharova al Kommersant.
"The Russian armed forces in the Russian territory are a legitimate sovereign right", Zakharova affirmed, adding that "starting from the Native actions in the area, the American press should be concerned about the aggressive acts not of Russia but of the USA".
