From Monday, on the other hand, the spaces for the over 6 million unvaccinated Italians will be reduced: the new squeeze takes place and also to take public transport it will be necessary to have at least the "basic" Green pass, which is obtained with the swab alone. With the negative test you can continue to go to work, to the gym, stay overnight in a hotel and little else. You will not be able to sit at the table in the bar, go to the restaurant indoors or to the theater. Failure to comply with the rules results in a fine of between 400 and 1,000 euros.Here are the main news.
HOW THE GREEN PASS CHANGES
- The Green pass obligation until January 15, 2022 is extended to other sectors: hotels; changing rooms for sports activities; regional and interregional rail transport services; local public transport services. And from December 6, the reinforced Green pass arrives: it is valid only for those who are vaccinated or cured and is used to access activities that would otherwise be subject to restrictions in the yellow zone but must be used starting from the white zone for shows, sporting events, indoor catering, parties and discos, public events. For weddings, baptisms and communions, the basic pass is enough, while for birthday and graduation parties the reinforced one will be needed. In case of passage in the orange zone, the restrictions and limitations do not apply,but the activities can only be accessed by holders of the reinforced Green pass. Except outdoors: no pass will be needed to have lunch outside at the restaurant even in the orange zone.
STRENGTHENED CONTROLS
- The control system is also to be strengthened, with a device developed at the local level by the prefects, after consultation with the Provincial Order and Security Committee. In the white area, the mask is not mandatory outdoors, even if several mayors have intervened with their own ordinances, providing them throughout the historic center or in the shopping areas. The mask must always be worn in all closed places other than your home, including public transport (airplanes, trains, buses) and in all situations where interpersonal distancing cannot be guaranteed or where gatherings are possible.
On the other hand, it is mandatory outdoors and indoors in the yellow, orange and red areas.
PADS AND CERTIFICATE
