Valérie Pécresse the candidate of the Républicains for the Elysée

(ANSA) - PARIS, 04 DEC - The president of Ile-de-France, the Paris region, Valérie Pécresse, has today won the investiture for the candidacy in the presidential elections in April with 60.95% of the preferences of the party of the neo-Gaullist right, the Républicains.

Defeated EricCiotti, the deputy who was the most right of the starting line-up, with some themes in common with Eric Zemmour.
