A 25-year-old Dutchman was killed trying to free three acquaintances from their car.
The trio had landed in a moat at night.
The 25-year-old wanted to rescue the car with a tractor;
but the tractor overturned.
The man was trapped and was fatally injured.

The three occupants had previously been able to climb out of the car unharmed.
It turned out that the driver of the car was drunk.
Therefore, the police started an investigation against him.
The incident happened in the village of Hoogblokland in the province of South Holland, about 70 kilometers from Amsterdam.
