The companies America Israel and Migdalim will build a project of 295 housing units in the Har Yonah D. neighborhood in the Galilee landscape, with an estimated investment of NIS 340 million.
The Unik Hills project will include apartments for sale as part of the "price per occupant" as well as apartments on the free market, in 21 terraced buildings of 5-8 floors.
The project is expected to be populated in 2024.
The mix of apartments contains mostly garden apartments and penthouses of a high standard and also combines three, four and five room apartments.
The prices of the apartments that will be sold in the free market will range from NIS 1.240 million for 3-room apartments with an area of about 75 square meters + a balcony of about 11 square meters.
4-room apartments with an area of about 113 sq.m. + a balcony of about 20 sq.m., are offered for sale starting at NIS 1.480 million.
There is also a variety of 5-room apartments, the smallest of which is a 5-room apartment with an area of about 132 square meters + a balcony of about 20 square meters, offered for sale starting at NIS 1.660 million.
Special garden apartments with 5 rooms in an area of about 140 sqm + about 200 sqm garden, offered for sale starting from NIS 2,050 million and penthouse apartments, in an area of about 155 sqm + balcony about 73 sqm , Are offered for sale starting at NIS 2.370 million.
