(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 05 - From sweet to savory up to alternative and innovative proposals: this is what the Christmas 2021 artisan panettone market offers with an offer of price that varies on average between 40 and 50 euros, but can reach up to 180 euros and a minimum of 18 euros. To win this year the challenge of the artisan panettone seems to be that of the typical sweet prepared with dark chocolate with apricots and candies, as reported by the resident pastry chef Ciro Chiummo of "Velo Pasticceria" and member of the Italian team that in 2020 won the Pastry World Cup and Ice cream parlor with its ice sculptures.
