(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 06 - On the Moby Prince disaster - 140 passengers who died in the collision between a ferry and a tanker, in Livorno, on April 10, 1991 - "there are no deeds or documents" that are "subject to classification of secrecy".
This is what the Prime Minister Mario Draghi replied to the inquiry commission chaired by the deputy Pd AndreaRomano.
"Furthermore - continues the letter from Draghi - it appears that no limits have been placed on access to the documentation in the possession of the General Command or the Port Authority following the requests made by the Judicial Authority and the parliamentary committees" (ANSA).
