(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 07 DEC - The American president JoeBiden "made no concessions" to the Russian VladimirPutin on the procedures with which NATO decides the membership of its members, during the conference call between the two leaders, dedicated above all to tension over Ukraine: said the US national security adviser, Jake Sullivan.
