(ANSA) - PRATO, 07 DEC - The Prato prosecutor has filed the request for indictment for the three suspects in the investigation into the death of Luana D'Orazio, the 22-year-old worker who died last May 3 in the framework where she worked , in Montemurlo (Prato).
Asked for the trial for the owner of the company, LuanaCoppini, her husband Daniele Faggi, believed to be the de facto owner, and the external maintenance technician of the company, Mario Cusimano.
The offenses for which all three will have to answer are culpable homicide and willful removal of the anti-accident precautions.
