(ANSA) - FOGGIA, 07 DEC - The Carabinieri dei Ros in Foggia are carrying out a precautionary custody order in prison for 32 people accused, for various reasons, of mafia association aggravated by the availability of weapons and drugs, attempted murder, abusive carrying and possession of weapons, false registration, self-laundering, aiding and abetting, extortion, aggravated fraud, aggravated theft and receiving stolen goods.
The disputed crimes are aggravated by the mafia method as they are aimed - according to the investigators - to facilitate the activity of the mafia groups active in the province of Foggia, in the territories of Manfredonia, Mattinata, Macchia and Vieste.
The orders were issued by the Bari Court, at the request of the District Anti-Mafia and Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor's Office.
