The Ministry of Labor reached an agreement with the social partners on the National Protocol with the guidelines for collective bargaining on agile work in the private sector, proposed by Minister Orlando.
They joined the protocol together with the Ministry of Labor, the CGIL, the CISL, the UIL, the UGL, the CONFSAL, the CISAL, the USB, among the workers' unions.
For the employers, Confindustria, Confapi, Confcommercio, Confesercenti, Confartigianato, Cna, Casartigiani, Alliance of cooperatives, Confagricoltura, Coldiretti, Cia, Copagri, Abi (which can be signed following the resolution of the Executive Committee), Ania, Confprofessioni, have joined. Confservizi, Federdistribuzione, Confimi and Confetra.
