Covid-19 in France: more than 13,000 hospitalized patients, 129 new deaths

The tension is felt in the hospital environment.

Public Health France counted this Wednesday a total of 13,044 patients treated because of an infection linked to the coronavirus.

The health watch institute recorded 12,714 hospital patients on Tuesday, and 10,558 last Wednesday.

Of this total, 2,426 patients are treated in critical care.

The symbolic bar of more than 2,000 patients was crossed last Friday, with 2,058 patients in these services.

2,351 serious cases were hospitalized Tuesday, and 1,886 last Wednesday.

White plans to plan

129 new deaths linked to Covid-19 have been recorded at the hospital since the report Tuesday of Public Health France.

Since the start of the pandemic, at least 120,000 people have died from it.
