(ANSA) - MILAN, 08 DEC - Climate change and cyber incidents are the "new threats that can deeply affect financial stability".
This was stated by the President of the ECB Christine Lagarde, who opened the work of the 5th annual conference of the European Systemic Risk Committee (ESRB).
"Both - he explained - have common characteristics, both do not stop at the borders of the states and both are intersectoral and can potentially affect banks, insurance companies, investment funds and related markets".
