Ten years later, the Sexion d'Assaut is back with a new album and a marketing bet.

Le Retour des rois
in the spring.
but without a national release date, since the group has chosen to focus only on physical and small-scale sales
The seven rappers from the Paris region will only distribute their album on CD and vinyl, skipping streaming, at least initially.
Better, it will only be available at the time of the concerts they will give in the spring.
Sexion d'Assaut begins its tour on March 25 in Épernay, in the Paris region, but the disc will not be on sale until May 14 and the first of two dates scheduled at the Paris La Défense Arena.

Pre-order vouchers will however be available from their first date of March 25.
Gims, Lefa, Maska, Black M, Doomams, JR O Crom and Barack Adama are embarking on a marathon tour of around forty dates spread over the whole of 2022, which will end on December 18 at the Zénith d'Amiens.
Gims promised in September a single
"in the coming weeks"
, in order to
"warn people that we are here, that we are back"
, but no extract has yet arrived.
A bold choice
In the age of streaming, playlists and album releases with great fanfare, this marketing decision is a gamble.
