(ANSA) - TOKYO, 09 DEC - The Tokyo Stock Exchange starts trading under the banner of caution, albeit the modest increase posted on Wall Street, with investors triggering profit taking after the recent hikes.
The Nikkei benchmark index marks a slightly negative change of 0.09% at 28.835.93.
On the exchange rate front, the yen depreciated slightly against the dollar, at 113.70, and against the euro just above a level of 129.
