The year 2021 will come to an end soon, and together the well-known summaries of the year are also beginning to arrive.
The newspapers and websites summarize the past year in the various arenas and the people themselves also sometimes look back on what they have been through and perhaps even learned in the past year.
One of the summaries is the actor Uri Leizerovich, star of "Great Country" and "Shabnikim," who in a post he posted yesterday (Monday) shared about one of the struggles he has experienced in the past year with weight.

"At the beginning of the year, I was about 11 kilograms more, which I gained in favor of Gedalia's role in Shabnikim," he wrote in the post.
"Slowly I stopped exercising and started eating more fats and high-calorie foods in a controlled way (at first it was fun, but really only for a week) and admit that towards the end I had a hard time going against my natural need to eat healthy and exercise but stuck to the goal until the end of filming."
Had to gain weight.

The actor also shared an interesting tip, adding that "it is important for me to note that throughout the process I noticed two main emphases, that the way I saw myself in front of the mirror did not change me and who I was and did not let it affect my self-confidence, and that once there is a goal "I attack her with courage and love! Everything in my head, you just have to persevere and anything is possible."
We warmly embraced the tip.
