Set up an account to share its applications
Benefit from a single purchase on multiple devices? Nothing too complicated, as long as these devices are connected to the same account. If you've purchased a smartphone game and want it to appear on your tablet, first go to your device's app store. iTunes, Google Play… The operation is the same: click on “identify yourself”, then enter your account identifiers for each device. To manage the options, however, access the platform from a computer. By clicking on your username, then open your account settings or information. There you can manage the devices authorized to download the applications purchased with these credentials. Even simpler? In the settings of your smartphones, tablets or music players,check the option “allow automatic downloads”. All your purchases will appear instantly on all your devices! Please note, however, that some services only allow a limited number of devices connected to the same account.
Share apps without a common account with iTunes
With an iTunes device, take a look at Family Sharing.
This option, to be activated from your iTunes account, provides access to your applications for members of the same family, in the broad sense.
To do this, open the settings of your smartphone, tablet, computer, walkman… In iCloud, select “configure family sharing”.
Simply follow the steps and confirm the relevant account, before inviting members.
Select them carefully: in addition to downloading your content, they can use your account to pay for their own purchases.
Share applications ... with an application
Don't have iTunes or a shared account, but want to share your files with another device? On Android, go to the Google Play platform and search for the free APK Extractor app. Please note, this solution is only valid for free applications, sharing purchases without a common account being illegal. Install it on your smartphone or tablet. Once the application is open, you will see your content displayed: select the application you want to share, then click on "share" or "send APK". Make sure you have turned on Bluetooth on both devices, and choose the recipient's name from the list that appears. Accept the transfer on the recipient to download the file, before following the instructions!
Is it possible to share my music subscription?
Sharing access to mobile applications is one thing, but is it possible to share a subscription purchased with a service like Spotify, Deezer, or even Amazon Music? In theory, yes. You can install the dedicated application on any device, such as a smartphone, and log into the same account on different terminals. In practice, however, most of these music platforms do not allow you to listen to songs on more than one device at a time. This means that if you start the music on a second device, it will stop on the first.
