These are the crimes that could be hypothesized by the Genoa public prosecutor when it receives the documents from the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry into the death of MPS communications chief David Rossi, which took place in March 2013 in Siena.
Pierantonio Zanettin, president of the commission, had announced the sending of the documents to the Genoese magistrates, competent to investigate the magistrates of the Tuscan district, after the hearing of the colonel of the carabinieri Pasquale Aglieco, at the time provincial commander of Siena.
