The "bracelet outline" in the malls is underway:
Prime Minister Bennett and Health Minister Horowitz decided today (Tuesday) to apply a green label in the malls, subject to the approval of the government and the Knesset.
Green mark rules will be applied to all closed commercial complexes (malls and the like) that are over 10,000 square meters in size, as follows: At the entrance to the complex, the green mark will be scanned by security personnel.
Every person who presents a "green mark" that will be digitally approved will receive a bracelet in a solid color (will change daily) that will allow them to move freely throughout the complex / mall.
Exemption from presenting a green sign will be given to those who wish to enter the commercial complex in favor of entering an essential service place only (the list of essential essential services will be formulated by the professionals and legal advice to the government).
Also, a person who enters the trading complex for the purpose of receiving essential service will not receive a bracelet, but will be allowed to enter the complex for the purpose of arriving at the essential service place and receiving service only at that place.
In parallel with the application of the "green mark" rules in closed commercial complexes, children and adults who have been vaccinated with the first vaccine only will be entitled to a temporary green mark (which will be valid for 30 days from the date of first vaccination).
