Desserts and sweets that only need a few ingredients, are made quickly and still taste delicious - this includes these phenomenal Baileys balls.

Globular sweets are simply wonderful, but also a bit dangerous.

The small balls quickly land in your mouth and then on your hips.

But still we just can't keep our hands off rum balls *, marzipan potatoes and the like.

The recipe, which you can make

with and without the Thermomix

, is wonderfully simple and doesn't use a lot of ingredients.

So get started right away ...

Recipe for Baileys balls: you need these ingredients

  • 100 g ladyfingers (about 12 pieces)

  • 80 ml Baileys (or another whiskey cream liqueur)

  • 200 g white chocolate

  • 75 g butter (alternatively: salty butter)

  • 3 teaspoons of cocoa (or powdered sugar, hazelnut brittle ...)

Then you are guaranteed to taste this winter cocktail

Recipe for Baileys balls: preparation in the Thermomix

  • Break the ladyfingers

    and chocolate into pieces and grind both together for

  • Put the butter in the mixing bowl and melt it for

  • Crush the ladyfingers as finely as possible.

    To do this, you can put them in a freezer bag and work with a rolling pin or a pan.

  • Grate the white chocolate finely or grind it in a high-performance mixer.

  • Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it.

  • Add the ladyfingers, chocolate and Baileys to the butter and mix everything together thoroughly.

  • Pour the mixture into a tin with a lid and let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.

  • Now you can easily shape balls out of the cold mass.
