formed, you should clean the shower curtain immediately.

brush the curtain with
alcohol

baking soda

Mix the home remedy with a little water to form a paste and apply it to the stains with a sponge.

Baking soda

Vinegar
: The home remedy is very useful when cleaning the shower curtain as it kills bacteria.
Limescale deposits on the shower curtain can also be removed well with vinegar.
Leave it on for half an hour and then rinse the shower curtain with cold water again.
Citric acid
: like vinegar, citric acid also has a germicidal effect and helps against lime.
In the application, you can orientate yourself on the instructions for cleaning with vinegar.
Be careful not to use hot water.
Because the high temperatures cause calcium citrate to form, which is partly responsible for deposits on the shower curtain.

How often should you wash or change the shower curtain?

at least once a month

Can you iron a shower curtain?
The question of whether you can iron a shower curtain also depends on the

recommendation
as to whether you can wash a shower curtain in the washing machine.
Take a
close look at

. Shower curtains that can be ironed should also be ironed. Because
ironing makes the material of the shower curtain more water-repellent
again. For the impregnation of your shower curtain, however, you should
choose

lowest level
on your iron.
In principle, however, shower curtains should not go into the dryer.

before ironing

Salt
: After cleaning, soak the shower curtain in salt water for twelve hours.
This creates a protective layer that prevents mold.
Baby

Spreading out the curtain
