On Friday, Jean Castex announced that a law would be proposed to transform the health pass into a vaccination pass.
The idea was also raised of making the pass compulsory in all professional sectors and no longer only for employees in places where the health pass is requested from customers.
This Monday, the Minister of Labor, Élisabeth Borne, will consult the social partners on the issue.
"The representatives of employers and employees, and unions, will be able to report their proposals, their doubts, their criticisms to the government," she assured.
Then, it is in the National Assembly that this proposal will be discussed.

But the extension of the health pass to all professional circles does not appeal to everyone.

The secretary general of the CGT believes that imposing a pass on all employees amounts to "an obligation to vaccinate".
