The drive motor alone enabled the bike to reach a speed of 50 km / h.
Wheel secured
The police initiated proceedings against the man for violating the compulsory insurance law.
In addition, charges were made on suspicion of driving without a license.
The 70-year-old was not allowed to continue, the police secured the bike.
