The soldiers of the Guardia di Finanza acquired documents in the offices of Inter and the Lega as part of an investigation launched by the Milan prosecutor's office on the capital gains of the Nerazzurri company for the years 2017/19.

The investigation is against unknown persons for false social communications.

The operation of the financiers of the Economic and Financial Police Unit of the Gdf of Milan, as stated in a press release by the acting prosecutor Riccardo Targetti, is aimed at "acquiring documentation relating to the transfers" by Inter "of the multi-year rights on the services of certain players "concerning the financial years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. The intent of the investigators and investigators is "to verify the regularity of the accounting of the related capital gains". The crime hypothesis, explains Targetti, for which "preliminary investigations are underway, against unknown persons, concerns the crime of false corporate communications".

In the investigation against ignoramuses of the Milan prosecutor's office that led the Gdf to make acquisitions at the headquarters of Inter and the Lega Calcio, investigations are being made on

Hypothesis of inflated sales to rig up accounts

 - On the approximately 100 million euros of capital gains, made by Inter with a dozen transactions between transfers and exchanges of players between 2017 and 2019, the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office aims to verify whether sales have been made 'inflated', that is with the value of the players sold or exchanged 'pumped' to make up the balance sheets with a 'window dressing', an alteration of the accounts useful to provide a better appearance of the corporate situation.
