Egg-free cookie recipe - you only need 6 ingredients
Portions: approx. 35 cookies
Baking time: 10 minutes

165 g cold butter
100 g powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon lemon zest
250 g flour
1 tablespoon milk
If you don't have powdered sugar in the house, you can quickly make it yourself from normal sugar!
The lemon zest is only for that certain something in the aroma, it is not absolutely necessary.
That said, you can even narrow the recipe down to five ingredients if you need to!

Baking cookies without eggs: this is how it works with just 6 ingredients
Mix the butter with powdered sugar, salt and lemon zest until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Sift the flour over it and mix in the milk as well.
Knead all the ingredients together well.
Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Then preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat (180 ° C convection).
Roll out the dough on a work surface dusted with flour and cut out cookies with cutters as desired.
Put this on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake the biscuits without eggs in the oven for about 10 minutes until they are golden yellow.
