(ANSA) - LONDON, DEC 21 - The British government of BorisJohnson is putting on the plate a new allocation of public money, equal to an additional 1 billion pounds, on the front of support for the economic world hit by the Covid pandemic.
This was announced today by the Chancellor of the Exchequer, RishiSunak.
These are funds that will be destined in particular to those sectors - hotel, restaurant, travel, tourism - most threatened by the first restrictions imposed due to the surge in infections fueled by the new Micron variant and by further measures that could be taken abruptly.
