It was only a matter of time before this intergenerational collaboration came to fruition: the two Mediterranean singer giants, Zehava Ben and Eden Ben Zaken, release together a song that is a combination of their two huge hits, Ben's "Lucky Drop" and "The One Who Won" Of an old man.
"Drop of Luck" was released in 1992 and was the theme song of a movie of the same name in which Ben starred alongside Ze'ev Revach.
"To the One Who Won" was released in 2017 and was the theme song of Ben Zaken's third album.
Guy Dunn, who did the musical arrangement and production, is responsible for the mash-up between the two songs.
