Invited this Wednesday morning on Europe 1, the Minister of Labor Élisabeth Borne called on companies to
"prepare to strengthen telework from the start of the school year, with a target of 3 minimum to 4 days maximum when possible".
Élisabeth Borne explained that the strengthening of teleworking was a
"consensus"
with the social partners, unlike the establishment of a health pass in the company, for the moment put aside by the government.

To ensure this rise in teleworking, the Minister also announced a strengthening of the controls of the Labor Inspectorate.
These checks will thus go from
"1000 per month"
until now to
"5000 checks per month".
“Last week, 60% of employees who can telecommute did so three days a week,”
said Élisabeth Borne.
