confirmed that Princess Anne's husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence, 66, has tested positive for Covid-19.
The couple must therefore remain isolated in their house in Gloucestershire for 10 days before seeing their loved ones again.

Faced with the resurgence of the pandemic in the United Kingdom, Elizabeth II, 95, had decided to protect herself and stay at Windsor Castle for the holiday season.
