(ANSA) - NAPLES, DEC 24 - Antonio Morione, 41, owner of a fish market in Boscoreale, in the Neapolitan area, was killed late yesterday during a robbery.
The deed took place in Via Giovanni della Rocca where the criminals carried out the armed robbery against the commercial operation.
The owner reacted and chased the robbers.
To ensure his escape, one of the bandits fired a few shots, seriously injuring Antonio Morione, who died shortly after being taken to hospital.
Investigations are underway by the Carabinieri of the Torre Annunziata Company.
