The life simulation "Animal Crossing: New Horizons" has many fans.

More than a year and a half after it was published, however, it is time for a breath of fresh air.

With these ideas ...

On March 20th, Nintendo continued its successful series on the Nintendo Switch * with “Animal Crossing: New Horizons” *.

Hardcore fans of the series had a lot to complain about at the beginning, but over a year and a half and many smaller and larger updates later, the fan base is huge.

The last big update in November and the DLC "Happy Home Paradise" brought many new items, new characters and lots of new options into the game.

So if you already got a little ACNH-tired, you can catch fire again.

We have some inspirations.

1. ACNH ideas: decorate Käpten's footbridge

With the new update, the previously lonely jetty, which many ACNH players had puzzled over for a long time, finally has a function: Captain, a somewhat strange turtle, is anchored here, which

translates

the players to the also new

Mystery Islands

.

Many players are not even aware that items and even designs can be placed on the jetty.

The possibilities are endless.

2. ACNH inspiration: New items and designs thanks to tendrils and light moss

Lots of new handicraft instructions need tendrils and luminous moss to do handicrafts.

Unfortunately, these materials are not as easy to get as wood, stones, iron ore and Co. Here, players who have bought the new DLC "Happy Home Paradise" have a clear advantage.

On the main holiday home island, new tendrils and luminous moss grow every day and can be taken to your own island.

Players without DLC have to let captains ship them to the real Mystery Island.

But the effort is worth it for witch cauldrons, giant tendrils, ruin gates, caves and,

last but not least, the particularly well-known luminous sticker set ...

3. ACNH ideas: window and door illusions with a set of luminous stickers

The rather inconspicuous

luminous sticker set

has turned out to be a total "games changer"

.

It has inspired many ACNH players to be masterpieces and come up with wonderful window and door ideas.

The stickers are made with light moss (the handicraft instructions are available on a Mysterie Island or the holiday home agency island) and can be redesigned and placed on the wall as desired.

This opens up unimagined possibilities, such as "colin.crossing", a real star of the scene, shows:

4. ACNH Inspiration: Big city feeling on the island

If you start with Animal Crossing New Horizon, you start on a green island with lots of grass, flowers and trees.

This natural oasis is a feast for the eyes, but not the only scenario.

Players like "miss_acnh" have fulfilled their dream of the big city

and

completely changed

their

island with lots of stone and metal

.

The possibilities offered by Nintendo's “Animal Crossing: New Horizons” are almost endless.

Time to get creative!
