Draghi-Macron on the FT, 'reforming the EU budget rules'

A double-sided editorial by Draghi-Macron has just been published on the Financial Times website titled 'The EU budget rules must be reformed if we are to ensure recovery'.

"We must lower debt levels, but not through unsustainable spending cuts or higher taxes", the text reads among other things.
