It was a
Christmas Carol
, by Charles Dickens, the play that somehow foreshadowed the Grinch, that grumpy, grumpy elf who was born in the late 1950s and hates Christmas and all its paraphernalia.
The Dickensian Mr. Scrooge laid the foundation for a selfish and misanthropic character unable to connect with the Christmas spirit.
An antihero who has long nurtured that commonplace that considers these holidays a terrible nightmare.

parodies in the key of a romantic comedy that sullen, antifestive and, above all, very ashy feeling, through a character who has everything to make him feel bad: an unfriendly, sieso auditor and, to top it all, with an ancient mustache. Raúl is a thirty-year-old played by Tamar Novas who denies any illusion and associates Christmas with all the misfortunes of his life. Not to be missed, there is no shortage of reindeer sweaters or cushions with embroidered garlands.

plays the Christmas nightmare crossing traditions and popular comedies, but he does so without losing the local horizon thanks to a kind story whose roots go through a living nativity scene and a sad reality: there is always someone willing to take a slice of the best wishes.
