This offer from Kaufland caused a lot of confusion: A customer posted a picture of price tags on Facebook because he could barely grasp their content.

Neckarsulm - Coffee is a good way to start the morning for many people.

Morning grouches therefore make sure that there is always a sufficient amount of the caffeinated drink in the house.

A Kaufland customer wanted to do just that and put the black gold in the shopping cart, but then he wondered about the price tag.

To share his discovery with other people, he posted a colorful picture of signs on Facebook.

The discounter reacted promptly.

Customer irritated by price tags: "I'm just amazed"

For bargain hunters it is the most beautiful color in the world: signal red. A bright red also clearly shines out on the Facebook post, but the signaling effect is significantly disrupted. Next to the price tag, which is supposed to highlight the offers of the week, is a second tag. In yellow, this shows the normal price that the products have apart from offers. This makes the euro amount printed on the signs all the more astonishing. While the coffee pods in the red field cost 2.59 euros, the yellow ones cost 2.59 euros and are just as expensive on offer as under normal circumstances. The customer can hardly grasp this marketing mistake and writes: "I'm just amazed, same price, I can leave out the advertising signs".

Kaufland amazed a customer with these price tags.

The Lord posted his find on Facebook.

Kaufland reacts to errors and submits an offer

Another user seems to have the solution, because he explains the difference between the red and the yellow price tag.

Under the picture on Facebook he writes: “The product is in advertising.

And that doesn't mean it's cheaper.

It is just recommended / advertised ”.

Kaufland, on the other hand, does not publicly clear up the mistake, rather the supermarket refers to the customer management: “Thank you for the hint.

We have already heard of this.

We are happy to offer you the opportunity to bring you together with our colleagues from customer management ”.

Another Kaufland sign recently caused a major scandal: a two-meter-high fence separated the vaccinated from the unvaccinated.
