(ANSA) - GENOA, 27 DEC - The checks on compliance with the anti-Covid regulations (mask and green pass) by the Municipal Police and the police did not stop even on the eve and on Christmas day.
Out of 216 people checked, two were sanctioned because they did not have a green pass.
In all, in the capital from 23 to 25 December, the police checked over 10 thousand people and 200 shops and bars.
Some merchants were fined for letting people without a green pass enter their premises.
The prefecture will decide on the possible closure of the premises.
