A new Advisory Board, representative of the non-banking economic world, will flank and support the Board of Directors and the Scientific Committee of the Foundation for Economic and Financial Education (ABI), with the aim of providing a new impetus to its action as promoter financial and economic education in Italy. The Committee, set up at the invitation of the President of the Stefano Lucchini Foundation, was joined by: Cristina Catania (McKinsey), Azzurra Caltagirone (Caltagirone Editore), Francesca di Carrobio (Hermès), Andrea Abodi (Institute for Sports Credit), Francesco Gattei (ENI ) and Massimo Lapucci (CRT Foundation). President of the Advisory Board will be Marcello Presicci, Luiss Business School teacher and founder of the Political School "Living in the Community"together with Professors Pellegrino Capaldo and Sabino Cassese.
The planning of the new committee will be based on proposals for ideas, projects, synergies and collaborations with other Italian - and international - bodies, institutions and realities with which to dialogue on issues of financial and economic education.
Established by ABI in 2014, the Foundation for Economic and Financial Education strengthens - it is written in a note - its role as aggregator of the many private subjects in the world of credit and finance who have been committed for years to contribute to the dissemination of a basic economic culture in our country.
With the support of the Advisory Board, the efforts made to date by the banks will increase their impact strength to give an increasingly incisive and decisive effect to the growth path of the culture of economic citizenship of Italians.
