Gualtieri announces a short, medium and long term plan to make Rome clean.
In the first phase, 5 months from now, the aim is to "consolidate, extend and improve" the results of the extraordinary program, "with additional resources in the budget".

In the third, within 5 years, the aim is to "close the cycle with new plants" and to "reduce the Tari".
