Everyone loves potato salad, but nobody needs to peel the potatoes.
This is no longer a problem with this simple trick.
It is not for nothing that peeling potatoes is detention in every barracks and on every pirate ship.
Nobody wants to do it, but unfortunately it has to be done.
From now on you no longer have to let the small and large bulbs spoil your mood.

Instead of peeling, all you have to do in the future is score.
Sounds a bit strange?
Maybe it is, but it still works very well and is super fast.
That's how it's done:
Take the raw potato in
your
hand and
carefully score the peel all around with a sharp knife
.
Do not cut too deeply into the potato, however, a superficial score is sufficient.
Let the beginning and end of the cut meet as precisely as possible.
Repeat the shallow cut on all of the potatoes you want to cook - not peel -
Cook the
potatoes
in the pot as
you
normally would
.
Briefly rinse the tubers with cold water.
You can now clearly see the incised line because the shell has pulled back a little around the cut.
Now all you have to do is pull off the two halves of the shell with your fingers.
And you're done!
Enjoying jacket potatoes has never been so easy and quick.
