(ANSA) - WARSAW, 28 DEC - The leader of the Polish opposition Donald Tusk said that the reports on the present espionage of opponents by the government through the Pegasus spyware represent "the greatest crisis for democracy" in Poland since the end of communism.
Last week CitizenLab, a Canadian-based cybersecurity monitoring organization, claimed that Pegasus would be used to target prominent opposition figures, with Polish media talking about a "Polish Watergate".
