Despite the ban on fireworks, there can be fires again this New Year's Eve - albeit a little smaller.
Which alternatives Aldi, Kaufland and Co. have to offer:
The year 2021 is coming to an end and after all the hardships the party should be really loud.
But because of the corona pandemic and the resulting measures, it's again this New Year's Eve: No fireworks and no big parties in busy places.
There is therefore a ban on the sale of fireworks and the remains of recent years may not be used.
However, that doesn't mean that you have to end the year quietly and without a bang.

Aldi, Lidl and Co: Despite the ban on fireworks - that's how it pops on New Year's Eve
Rockets, firecrackers and cheering people - this is how you imagine a boisterous New Year's Eve celebration.
For the second time in a row, however, the coronavirus * thwarted our plans, so that all friends of pyrotechnics cannot get a shot again.
“No New Year's Eve fireworks may be sold this year either.
The aim of the regulation is to prevent injuries on New Year's Eve in order to relieve the heavily used hospitals, ”says the federal government.

Fortunately, there are legal exceptions to this ban, which you can easily buy from Aldi, Kaufland or even in small shops.
They don't make quite as much noise as firecrackers and rockets, but they also don't ensure that you are seriously injured or have to pay a fine if you are caught smuggling pyrotechnics from abroad.
Fireworks ban 2021: These items are still allowed
If you can't do without loud bangs on New Year's Eve, you can stock up on replacements at shops such as Aldi, Lidl or Rewe.
Because the federal government has only banned the sale of pyrotechnic items of category F2 such as firecrackers and rockets.
But this does not include the smallest fireworks.
Everything that goes with it:
Small table fountains or volcanoes
Table bomb or party bomb
Hand fountains
Snap peas
small floor vortices
Sparklers (Up to a length of 30 centimeters)
The so-called “youth fireworks” also has two major advantages.
On the one hand, it can also be used by children and young people, and on the other hand, even within a room.
Unlike firecrackers, which can quickly trigger a fire, as a current case from Rhineland-Palatinate proves *.
The products are available in many shops such as Aldi, Lidl or Rewe and can be a lot of fun at a small party.
