Fires: apartment on fire, 2 dead in Macerata

(ANSA) - MACERATA, 31 DEC - A brother and a sister, respectively 66 and 65 years old, she is disabled, died in the fire that broke out in their apartment on the second floor of an apartment building in via Severini in Macerata. The neighbors raised the alarm when they saw smoke coming out of the apartment and smelled a strong smell of burning. The firefighters intervened, but there was nothing left for the two to do.
