Ingredients

• • 4 tablespoons puffed flour (or 4 tablespoons plain flour + a quarter teaspoon of baking powder)

  • 2 tablespoons

  • 4 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tablespoons milk

  • 3 tablespoons oil

• To finish:

  • 2-3 cubes of chocolate / a little chocolate chips / a tablespoon of chocolate spread that you like like Nutella

How to make a chocolate cake in the microwave?

• 1 Put in a large enough cup puffed flour (or flour with baking powder), cocoa and sugar and mix.

• 2 Add egg, milk and oil and beat with a fork until uniform overnight.

  Check that no dry matter remains at the bottom of the cup.

• 3 Drizzle the chocolate cubes in the batter or place in the center a tablespoon of chocolate spread that you like.

• Put in the microwave for 2.5-3 minutes, depending on the power of the device.

  It is recommended to open and check after every minute to prevent dehydration.
