She would have been told that the positivity had been communicated to her with a text message, actually received, but with a code through which to access a system and then have the result. The woman, whose conditions for Covid-19 syndrome were serious, was hospitalized for about ten days.

Now the daughter has turned to a lawyer, the lawyer DenisLovison, to ask for moral and material damages for the missed marriage (costs for restaurant, flowers, etc.) and then she will also evaluate the fact that she did not immediately identify the symptoms and have discharged the woman, explains the lawyer to ANSA, could represent a risk for the 70-year-old, moreover in a period in which there were not yet the problems of tracking and organization of these days.
