Six days after his brother Grichka, former host Igor Bogdanov died at the age of 72, his agent announced on Monday.
He and his brother were hospitalized in December in intensive care at the Georges-Pompidou hospital, in Paris, after contracting Covid-19.
"In peace and love, surrounded by his children and his family, Igor Bogdanov left for the light on Monday January 3, 2022", wrote his relatives in a message sent by his agent.
Twin brothers Igor and Grichka Bogdanov had reached their peak in the 1980s with "Time X", a futuristic anticipation TV show, before being criticized for the credibility of their scientific work and being the subject of taunts for their transformed physique which they themselves qualified as "extraterrestrials".
