(ANSA) - MILAN, 03 JAN - The Milan Public Prosecutor's Office has asked for an immediate trial, to skip the preliminary hearing phase, against Omar Confalonieri, the real estate agent with office in via Montenapoleone, in the Lombard capital, imprisoned since last November 6 with accusations of sexual violence, kidnapping and injuries for having stunned a couple, interested in buying and selling a property, with massive doses of benzodiazepines and then abusing the woman in the house of the two, on 2 October.
The immediate request, in the investigations of the carabinieri, coordinated by the adjunct Letizia Mannella and by the prosecutor AlessiaMenegazzo, will be evaluated by the investigating judge Stefania Pepe, who issued the precautionary order in recent months, and then the arrested person can choose to be judged with an abbreviated procedure .
Last December 3, the woman who suffered abuse, in front of the investigating judge in a probative incident to crystallize the evidence, retraced that "nightmare" day in which she and her husband were drugged by Confalonieri who, according to the accusation, would have dissolved a powerful sleeping pill in their drinks sipped at lunchtime in a bar near home. After that, poisoned to the point of not understanding what was happening, the spouses were accompanied to their apartment by the 48-year-old, who raped the woman while her daughter was also present in the house, less than a year old. Meanwhile, a tranche ofinvestigation to shed light on other cases similar to the damage of other women (four were heard in the public prosecutor's office in recent weeks) who went ahead to report what they would have suffered with the same scheme by the real estate agent, allegedly "serial" already convicted in Monza in 2009 for a similar fact. Another dossier against him was archived in 2010 in Bergamo.
