A man entered the Saxon state parliament without permission on Tuesday morning.
Police put the 33-year-old in the building.
The man had come through a gate that had been opened for garbage collection, the police said.
From the court he gained access to part of the state parliament.
In the »corridor area of the old building« he was said to have been placed by property security officers.
The police emphasized that there was no concrete risk at any point in time.
The 33-year-old's motive was initially unclear.
When officers searched the man, they found small amounts of marijuana.
He now has to answer for trespassing and violating the Narcotics Act.
